In-Home Repair Service

  • $24.00 per hour 1/2 hr Minimum 
  • $15 Travel Surcharge (Billed once per job, not per trip)
  • Remote diagnostics prior to scheduling an In-Home repair is optional.

Drop-Off Repair Service

  • $16.00 per hour  1/2 hr Minimum 
  • Drop-Off repairs are usually turned around with-in 3-5 business days.
  • Remote diagnostics prior to scheduling a Drop-Off repair is optional.

 Drop-Off Priority Repair Service

  • $16.00 per + $25.00 flat fee 1/2 hr Minimum  
  • Drop-Off Priority Repairs are usually turned around with-in 0-2 business days.
  • Remote diagnostics prior to scheduling a Drop-Off repair is optional.

Remote Access Service (software issues only)

  • $18.00 per hour
  • One hour minimum billing.

Remote Diagnostic Service

  • $15
  • Remote Diagnostics is offered for the sole purpose of giving you the option to have the issue narrowed down before scheduling an in-home or drop-off repair.
  • If determined that the issue can be solved remotely, you will not be billed for the diagnostic service!

Parts

  • If replacement parts are needed to fix a problem, we have an inventory on-hand to cut down on shipping cost and if parts have to be ordered we work to find you the best possible price by using multiple distributors.
  • Most common parts can be delivered by the next business day at no extra charge.
  • We only mark parts up enough to cover our costs, passing the savings on to you!

 

 

 Absolutley NO parts are included ; i.e. Modem, Router, Cables, Media etc. All required hardware and software must be supplied at time of work. Other services include : Hardware installation - RAM, CD & DVD Roms, Media Chips, Sound & Video Cards. Custom Media Backups, Custom CD Printing, Laser Scribe CD's. Ask for your quote today !
