CCleaner has several great features that will help your PC perform its best. This freeware also has a built in cleaner and a registry scanner and fix tool.
Defraggler is a very useful tool in system defragmentation. This freeware program has a "quick" defrag feature that gathers files and defrags them in just a fraction of the time it takes to do it via your OS software.
Malwarebytes is a GREAT free program that zaps adware / spyware / malware very easily and quickly. Scan individual files and folders before opening.
Lavasoft's Adware is a very good freeware program that once installed will monitor your system for potential adware / spyware. Scan your PC for threat's you may not be aware of.
